Phoenix ships all parts daily for your convenience. We offer all methods of shipment and we take pride in carefully packaging and shipping your parts.
Items Under 150 Lbs.
These will be shipped via UPS Ground (1-6 Business Days.). Items are shipped same day if payment is made before 1:30 PM EST.
Items Over 150 Lbs.
These will be shipped by freight carriers. Items must be shipped to a commercial address with a contact phone number. If a residental address is necessary please be advised that additional charges will apply depending on the delivery location and equipment needed.
- New York Metro area - We will ship your item using our own carriers and trucks. Shipping costs will significantly lower than standard carrier cost if not free (call or e-mail for a quote on your area.
- Outside New York Metro area - We will use a freight carrier to the continental United States. Shipping costs will usually run between $225 to $400 depending on your location and weight class of the item ordered.

Packaging and Shipment Methods:
For Smaller Items: (Under 150 lbs. i.e. Radios, Speedometers, Switches, etc.)
- Your item will be cleaned via air-hose and item safe cleaning products.
- Item will then be wrapped in a brown packaging paper or bubble wrap depending on how fragile the item is.
- Then your item will be placed in a proper sized box and checked for item secureness per UPS specifications.
- Items are picked up daily by our UPS driver at 3:00 PM EST.
- All of our smaller items are insured through UPS, so feel confident in your purchase.
For Larger items: (Over 150 lbs. i.e. Engines, Transmissions, etc.)
- First the item is drained of all fluids.
- The item is then power wash cleaned.
- A palette is then created for your item using larger wood palettes.
- The item is then shrink wrapped to ensure protection from the environment.
- Your part is then bound to the palette using nylon strapping.
- We load your purchase into the freight carriers using our company's forklifts.
